Our Full Service Process
Our design phase begins where we focus on vision, functionality, and overall direction. From there, we move into thoughtful sourcing and the development of a comprehensive Design Plan. This includes curated mood boards, detailed furniture, material, and finish selections, realistic 3D renderings, and fully developed elevation and floor plan layouts that allow you to clearly visualize every aspect of the space. Each plan is intentionally detailed, ensuring that no element is overlooked and that the design is cohesive from every angle.
Once the Design Plan is presented, we collaborate closely with you to fine tune the details. After final approval, we prepare thorough documentation, including a general contractor binder when applicable for renovation projects, so the contractor has clear, accurate guidance to bring the design to life with confidence.
For renovation projects, we will conduct weekly site visits, to ensure everything is moving along smoothly without any hiccups, this includes working with contractors and the final walkthrough.
Our team carefully transports and installs all furnishings and décor, bringing us to our favorite moment, the final reveal. Once the space is complete, we schedule a photo day to capture beautiful images of your finished home, another thoughtfully designed space added to our portfolio and, most importantly, a house transformed into a home for you and your family.
